Introducing the new patent pending JIMS ForceFlow Cylinder Head Cooler. Whether you are running a big inch performance engine or rolling stock in traffic on a hot summer day, your air cooled engine will heat up. Excessive heat and operating temperature can be an engines worst enemy. The patent pending JIMS ForceFlow literally forces the heat away from your engine by pushing high velocity air through the cylinder fin pack in a wide flow pattern, directed at the head gasket surface. Powered by a cooling fan that was designed to cool brakes in NASCAR, the JIMS ForceFlow can lower head temperatures up to 100 degrees! The ForceFlow can either be activated by a thermostat (included), or wired for a manual on/off switch. This unique design also relocates the horn inside the ForceFlow’s streamlined housing, and gives the horn mount or “left side” of the bike a much needed new look. The ForceFlow comes with all necessary hardware and wiring, and is available in Black or silver. No. 5400 - Polished Cylinder Head Fan Kit |

100" & 106" use on Alpha 99-06' Beta 00-06' with H-D® Flywheels
For 2009 JIMS® has developed this new selection of larger bore cylinder and piston kits. The 100" to 117" cylinder kits are designed to be used with stock Twin Cam® Harley-Davidson® flywheel sets and engine cases. JIMS other new sizes are the 120" and 124". These kits are designed to be used with JIMS Flywheels listed in JIMS catalog. With these two new sizes you can also update an earlier JIMS Twin Cam 113" or 116" stroker kit to a larger cubic inch.110" & 117" use on Alpha 07'- Pres. with H-D® Flywheels 120" use with JIMS Alpha flywheel kits No.1881 or 1882 or Beta No.1886 124" use with JIMS Alpha flywheel kits No.1883 or 1884 or Beta No.1888 All of the above size kits fit the H-D stock cylinder stud bolt pattern. Kits include a pair of JIMS proven VHR" technology black or silver cylinders. Pistons are a premium forged set with rings using .927" pins with. JIMS piston jets (if required), per kit size. Each cylinder and piston kit comes with complete instructions. To install any of these kits you’ll be required to increase the size of the engine case cylinder spigot bores for larger cylinders. To perform this modification use JIMS case bore tool No.1408. See instruction sheet No.1177-IS. When increasing to a larger bore size and stroke, JIMS highly recommends for 2003 to present Twin Cam models you convert the left crankcase bearing to the more durable H-D® No. 9028 Timken® bearing, using JIMS Timken conversion tool No.959. |

With the growing popularity of the JIMS Race Flow Breather Kits, JIMS has added new kits to be used on most all H-D, Delphi throttle bodies and most all H-D, CV carburetors . The backing plates are machined out of solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum with built-in spacers (breather mounts). We added o-ring grooves to eliminate the time consuming shimming and oil leaks found in other backing plates. By just bolting on the supplied air filter, gaskets, o-rings and hardware you get a built in crankcase head breather system that helps control oil carry over, while also giving you an advanced, race flow air breather ported system. The Race Flow Breather Kit is now shipped in Dealer Purchase Packaging for added sales exposure. Contact your JIMS sales representative for a detailed list of part numbers and applications. |

JIMS® has developed a must have Timken® sleeve, JIMS® No.956, to help ensure longevity and reliability in Twin Cam® high performance engine builds that produce more than 95 horsepower. The JIMS® precision sleeve is designed to easily and accurately convert the left side crankshaft roller bearing (H-D® No.24604-00D) to the more durable Timken® bearing (H-D® No.9028). With the use of JIMS® Timken® Case Bearing Conversion Tool (JIMS® No.959) this sleeve installs directly into a stock case, it is manufactured from aerospace quality steel that is several times stronger than the aluminum case material that the standard bearing rides in. The sleeve also eliminates the need for case machining.

JIMS® has developed a must have tool for all high performance engine building. This tool (JIMS® No.959) is designed to eliminate the need to send cases out for Timken bearing machining. You will now be able to install a sleeve which accommodates the Timken bearing directly into the cases using a 2-ton press and simple hand tools. This JIMS® precision tool is designed to easily and accurately convert the left side crankshaft roller bearing (H-D® No.24604-00D) to the more durable Timken bearing (H-D No.9028). This insert is manufactured from steel that is several times stronger than the aluminum case material the standard bearing rides in. Your shop benefits from this by adding another service for the customer, reducing the length of time that your customer is without their bike. It also keeps the lift or space from being tied up in the shop waiting for the case to be returned. It may also be used to replace the bearing for stock 88" or 96" engines. Use on Twin Cam® engines 2003- present. Requires separate purchase of Timken bearing (H-D No.9028).
