Order Terms

NO minimum order within the continental USA. However, a $10.00 service charge will be applied on all orders under $100.00.
$500.00 minimum order, outside USA.
A $10.00 service charge will be applied to all drop-ship requests.

Shipping Terms

All orders will be sent C.O.D. (Continental USA), payable by certified check / money order, or prepaid by Visa® or MasterCard®. A $12.00 handling fee will apply to all orders. Company checks will be accepted from dealers whose financial histories warrant it. A $30.00 return check fee will apply to all returned checks.
Any orders shipped outside the USA require a prepayment via wire transfer, or credit card; (Visa® or MasterCard®). A handling fee will apply to all wire transfer and credit card orders.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any refused orders, and all future orders will be shipped on a pre-paid basis only.
Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders exceeding $250.00, within the continental USA only (“*” denotes products excluded from free shipping).
Any transit damage must be resolved directly with carrier. JIMS has no responsibility for parts in transit.

Return Policy

Return Goods Authorization number required for all returns (See JIMS current catalog for procedures on how to obtain an RMA number).
Non-warranty returns may be allowed within 10 days of original shipment, subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee, plus any freight charges.
Parts returned within this time period will be credited back to account; JIMS does not refund by check payment.

Warranty

Parts are guaranteed according to specifications to be free from defects due to workmanship or material.
Defective parts will be replaced or credit allowed, at JIMS option.
No reimbursement claims for labor, further processing costs, handling, administrative costs or service failures will be allowed.
